Q235GJB, Q345GJB, Q390GJC, and Q420GJC are all structural steel plates designed for building applications.
- Q235GJB: A basic grade with a minimum yield strength of 235 MPa. "GJ" stands for building structure use, and "B" is its quality grade. It’s cost-effective, suitable for general building parts like supports in ordinary structures. – Q345GJB: Stronger than Q235GJB, with a yield strength of at least 345 MPa. With the "B" grade, it meets standard toughness needs and is used in mid-demand building components. – Q390GJC: Has a higher yield strength of ≥390 MPa. The "C" grade means better toughness (tested at 0°C), making it fit for demanding projects like main beams in large stadiums or bridges.
- Q420GJC: Even stronger, with a yield strength of ≥420 MPa. The "C" grade ensures good toughness, ideal for key structures such as super-high-rises, where high strength and reliability are required.
